Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 48 hours notice. Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be liable to a late cancellation charge. The charge will be the full fee of the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled charged at our self-funding rates.
